Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the Young Israel of Memphis Member Portal ("Portal"). By logging in or creating an account, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
This Agreement is between Young Israel of Memphis ("YIOM", "we", "us", or "our"), a Jewish congregation located in Memphis, Tennessee, and you, the individual member or authorized user ("User") accessing this Portal.
The Portal is a private, members-only web application that provides access to:
Access to the Portal is limited to current or past members of Young Israel of Memphis and individuals expressly authorized by YIOM. You must:
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Portal connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online to display your membership financial records, including dues balances, payment history, and charitable donation records. By using the Portal:
QuickBooks Online is a product of Intuit Inc. and is subject to Intuit's own terms of service and privacy policy. YIOM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
You may use the Portal solely for your own personal, non-commercial membership purposes. You agree not to:
All content, design, trademarks, and software comprising the Portal are the property of Young Israel of Memphis or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any Portal content without YIOM's prior written consent.
The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YIOM makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. Financial data displayed is pulled from third-party systems and may not reflect real-time balances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YIOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Portal, including any reliance on financial information displayed herein. YIOM's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of dues paid by you to YIOM in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal and financial information.
YIOM may suspend or terminate your Portal access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of this Agreement or the end of your active membership. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting the synagogue office. Termination does not affect YIOM's rights or your obligations accrued prior to termination.
YIOM reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Portal after a modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.
